Builds trusted C-level relationships, leads complex consultative sales cycles, translates scientific R&D workflows into business value, develops account plans, and collaborates with technical, customer engagement, and marketing teams. Represents the company at industry events and provides market feedback to leadership.

Performs daily bank and customer payment reconciliations, investigates and resolves payment exceptions, processes ACH and wire payments, and supports cash forecasting, liquidity reporting, bank analysis, financial close, and operational audits. Maintains SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI reporting while coordinating with internal teams, banking partners, and payment processors. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to meet recurring deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Lead revenue enablement for a B2B SaaS go-to-market organization spanning direct sales, customer success, sales development, and channel partners. Build onboarding, training, coaching, playbooks, communications, and product-launch programs. Manage AI-powered enablement technologies, including Gong, Enterpret, Claude, and Mindtickle; develop metrics and dashboards; and partner cross-functionally to improve revenue effectiveness, sales productivity, and adoption of processes and tools.

Write and manage foundation grant strategy and proposals, research prospects, support field staff with proposal materials and reporting, and assist Advancement leadership. Participate in trainings and organizational processes, complete time tracking and expense reports, and perform other duties as assigned.

The role is primarily in-office, with potential work-from-home eligibility based on performance.

Create production-ready 2D mechanical, electrical, cable, wiring harness, fabrication, and assembly drawings from 3D CAD models. Apply GD&T, dimensions, wire specifications, pinouts, BOMs, and revision controls. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to resolve discrepancies, process ECOs and ECNs, maintain CAD and engineering document libraries, and support manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and product development.

Provides high-touch administrative support to a private equity founder and General Partner, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, expenses, confidential tasks, and executive logistics. Manages up to two administrative staff, oversees Austin office services and facilities, coordinates vendors and visitors, supports firm-wide projects, and evaluates AI and office technology improvements.
