Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Traba and client leadership, managing worker onboarding, scheduling, performance support, incident escalation, communication with operations teams, shift execution, PPE distribution, and identifying account growth opportunities in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Conduct in-depth prospect research on individuals, corporations, and foundations to assess philanthropic capacity and interests; prepare donor profiles and research reports; use tools like iWave, LexisNexis, Altrata and Tessitura to maintain accurate data; monitor news and philanthropic activity; collaborate with fundraising staff and operations; improve research efficiency using AI where appropriate; assist with standards, documentation, and special projects.

Interact with existing customers to obtain and upsell orders via phone and email, process orders, manage backorders, prepare quotes, follow up on open items, report market feedback, and collaborate with outside sales to grow accounts.

Support the payroll team preparing weekly payroll for 5,000+ employees by performing data entry, timekeeping, deductions, garnishments, verifications, stop payments, unemployment claims, record maintenance, and responding to employee and manager inquiries.

Support Reflex's Growth team by creating organic and paid social content, executing and optimizing paid social campaigns, engaging community members, collaborating with creative partners, and analyzing performance to inform improvements. Assist broader marketing initiatives and experiment with new content formats and influencer or UGC programs.

Process vendor invoices and payments, verify invoice accuracy, obtain approvals, reconcile vendor statements, maintain vendor and tax records (1099s/exempt forms), prepare checks/online payments, scan/file documents, and assist coworkers with related accounting tasks.

Manage cost, revenue, subcontractors and purchase orders for territory or PM team. Schedule subcontractor work, verify sales orders, order supplies, maintain subcontractor records, support customers, and apply project management best practices to meet budgets and margins.

Provide day-to-day onsite or embedded Level 1 IT support for a specific client: resolve routine tickets, perform workstation and account troubleshooting, escalate complex issues, maintain documentation/time entries, participate in on-call rotation, and build strong client relationships while complying with client security frameworks.
