Advise senior leadership, deploy ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, Azure ML), build data-driven products, and ensure secure, ethical, and enterprise-scale implementations.

Own a portfolio of 300–400 Tier 2/3 customers as primary contact. Drive retention, renewals, and upsells in short sales cycles; route issues to internal teams; maintain CRM accuracy and share product updates to grow accounts.

Support HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll data entry and backup, employee relations support, HRIS record-keeping, compliance, temp staffing coordination, and general administrative duties.
