As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll develop platform solutions, collaborate with the CTO, and engage with engineering staff to improve workflows using AI tools.

Create, verify, and communicate accurate service repair quotes; coordinate parts and labor availability; schedule repairs with service and parts teams; track quote approvals, parts orders, and repair schedules; support service KPIs and fill in for dispatching when needed. Maintain professional customer interactions and assist with Service Automation System implementation. Available for after-hours work as required.

Maintain SharePoint, Teams, project filing, and assist with reporting, invoicing, onboarding, office setup, and general administrative tasks to support project managers and teams.

Lead end-to-end mobile product design for NPR, driving strategy, personalization, and accessible design systems. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and editorial teams to prototype, validate, and launch scalable, inclusive mobile experiences while mentoring designers and promoting evidence-driven practices.

Build high-quality user-facing experiences using TypeScript and React, influence frontend architecture and product design, own features end-to-end, collaborate with designers and AI experts, build libraries/SDKs/component systems, and debug backend issues when needed.

Manage end-to-end release cycles for a cloud customer-facing application: monitor CI/CD pipelines, create UAT/production release plans, coordinate release readiness across teams, troubleshoot builds/deployments, support DevOps and AWS infrastructure, and improve automation and release quality.

Serve as the corporate office receptionist, greeting visitors, managing a high-volume switchboard, handling mail/packages, maintaining office organization and supplies, providing basic administrative support and troubleshooting office equipment, and assisting management with special projects.

Own the front-office investment application run function (Aladdin/Bloomberg/WSO), manage incidents, drive service improvements and prioritization, support trade lifecycle troubleshooting, engage stakeholders and third parties, and participate in BCP/DR and rotation/weekend support.

Provide onsite first-line IT help desk support for workstations, phones, printers, and applications; troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; manage assets and licenses; perform onboarding, document resolutions, escalate complex issues, support VMware, VPN, and MFA, and be available for on-call and occasional overnight travel.
