Lead and scale B2C Product Operations covering Help Center, Customer Support, and Marketing Ops. Design and build scalable backend systems, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Own CI/CD, containerization, databases, and reliability; collaborate with tech leads to deliver secure, production-grade solutions for startups in a fully remote environment.

Support attorneys with contract lifecycle management, NDA and commercial contract review, corporate governance, entity management, regulatory compliance, basic legal research, e-signature coordination, and due diligence support.

Drive new customer acquisition by building relationships with business owners, dealers, and service providers across North America. Lead consultative sales conversations, close memberships, meet/exceed KPIs and quotas, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes, messaging, and business development outcomes.
