Perform workflow analysis, develop training content and curricula, troubleshoot client issues, stay current with releases, and optimize software use for clinicians and staff. Provide up to 50% travel for onsite implementations.

Support and oversee operations for multiple branch locations: make loan decisions within limits, process and close consumer loans, manage collections, assist branch managers with hiring, training, business development, and ensure high-quality customer service.
