Manage Helix’s legal operations infrastructure, including request intake, workflows, SOPs, legal technology platforms, metrics, contract reviews, renewals, vendor coordination, outside counsel, IP docketing, and corporate filings. The role partners cross-functionally with legal, finance, procurement, and business leaders to improve processes, administer systems, triage matters, and maintain efficient, organized legal operations.

Supports landscape operations managers and superintendents by coordinating projects, documentation, billing, purchasing, scheduling, customer requests, and internal departments. Maintains Excel tracking reports, project files, budgets, job costs, and workload information; monitors labor, materials, and equipment usage; assists with change orders and work authorizations; and follows up on outstanding items to keep projects progressing.
