Build benchmarking methodologies and tooling, define KPIs and measurement frameworks, investigate field regressions, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements from lab characterization through product launch and real-world usage.

Perform systems engineering across waterfall and Agile approaches including MBSE: define and track requirements through test and implementation, identify risks and mitigation steps, and manage configuration of system drawings, documentation, and build settings.

Support MBSE-driven systems engineering for DoD/IC programs: develop and integrate system models, architectures, requirements, interfaces, and verification approaches; perform mission analysis and AoA; contribute to program integration and deliver briefings to government leadership and stakeholders.

Serve as an SME-level IT systems engineer supporting a government customer (SIGINT preferred). Lead systems engineering activities, solve complex technical problems, plan and direct projects, evaluate vendor capabilities, specify materials/equipment, and provide technical consultation.
