Own end-to-end manufacturing test readiness: design and implement automated test equipment and Python-based test software, analyze MES/manufacturing data to drive yield and test-time improvements, lead production investigations and root-cause analysis, support NPI, and maintain hardware-in-loop CI and high software quality.

Lead deployment, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of industrial manufacturing equipment. Interface with vendors, optimize equipment performance (OEE/MTBF/MTTR), author SOPs and maintenance schedules, and collaborate with Facilities, EHS, Quality, and Process teams to ensure safe, reliable 24/7 production operations.

Define, specify, and improve manufacturing equipment and tooling; supervise installations; perform manufacturability analyses for new product and capacity projects; implement manufacturing engineering actions and support continuous improvement, efficiency, and OEE programs in cooperation with plant engineering.

Support and improve manufacturing quality systems through root-cause problem solving, supplier and internal corrective actions, quality planning (PFMEA, control plans), audits, new product launch support, laser scanning inspection, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quality and productivity targets.

Lead and implement manufacturing standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across plants to improve safety, quality, service and reduce cost.
