Lead automation and equipment definition, selection, and industrialization for rubber product manufacturing. Provide technical authority, drive standardization, support plant launches, optimize layouts and automation, lead cost‑saving and quality improvement projects, monitor KPIs, and train/coach global plant teams on manufacturing best practices.

Lead technical ownership of equipment in a production area: troubleshoot root causes, program/read PLC ladder logic, manage preventive maintenance and TPM, drive uptime and OEE improvements, oversee maintenance teams, execute equipment purchases and capital justification, coordinate cross-functional improvement projects, and support safety, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
