The Role

We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative and are looking for an Operations Analyst to join us in building the next generation of intimates.
This position will be focused on monitoring the day-to-day outbound order activity and inventory movements as they are related to inventory, returns and cycle counts.
Our customers are extremely important to us, and we want to make sure all orders, domestic or international are shipped accurately per the SKIMS BODY standard!
Responsibilities
· Daily monitoring of all DC’s activity per the SLA requirements.
· Daily outbound DTC order activity for SLA compliance.
· Daily monitoring of order-line cancelations, order backorder issues, or escalation requirements related to inventory activity to be escalated within the Ops Team for resolution
· Daily managing of internal CS/CX team order escalations for DC’s fulfillment and final mile delivery.
· Manage, analyze and report on all DC-SLA performance, capacity and present insights by developing KPI’s for daily tracking.
· Manage, analyze and report on Inventory cycle count SLA performance, capacity and present insights by developing KPI’s for weekly, monthly performance.
· Maintaining internal SOP documentation focused on DC related activity.
· Work within department-assigned budgets to focus on opportunity improvements for efficient and accurate order handling.
· Must facilitate a positive work environment and manage issues by escalating as suitable.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Onsite 4 days a week in our Los Angeles office.
· 5+ consecutive years of experience in operations management, fulfillment, supply chain management – fashion companies are a plus
· Experience managing a 3PL or dedicated warehouse
· Excellent leadership and motivational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Looker, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, project management tools
· Is both flexible and enjoys working in fast paced environments
· Goal-oriented, you measure success both quantitatively and qualitatively while understanding the importance of both
· Can strategically work with cross functional teams to drive projects forward, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions
· Has a professional outlook and professional demeanor
· Has analytical skills, especially with Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools to make actionable recommendations.
