As Sr Manager of Customer Experience Operations at GitLab, you will lead operations teams, partner across departments, and drive process improvements in customer success and financial operations.

Lead and execute enterprise IT strategy and operations for a remote-first environment. Oversee infrastructure, networking, endpoints, identity, SaaS, cybersecurity, AI governance, disaster recovery, vendor management, budgets, and staff development while enabling secure AI adoption and operational automations.

Lead and scale HiBob's payroll services across the US and UK, owning strategy, execution, customer satisfaction, revenue/P&L, and operational excellence. Build repeatable services motions, improve implementation quality and speed, partner cross-functionally, leverage AI/automation, and develop a high-performing payroll services organization to drive retention and growth.

Provide high-level executive support to Alliances leaders: manage complex global calendars, stakeholder relationships, meetings, agendas, notes and action items; drive executive operating rhythm and special projects; plan multi-day offsites and senior events; improve processes and leverage AI tools to increase executive productivity while maintaining discretion and accountability.

Handle inbound cancellation calls and outbound lapse-recovery contacts to retain life insurance policyholders. Assess situations, recommend solutions, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, adapt communication bilingually (English/Spanish), and meet call center KPIs for retention, quality, and attendance in a remote environment.

Handle inbound patient calls to answer questions about prescriptions, refills, appointments, and account status. Document interactions, follow up via secure portal when needed, escalate clinical issues per protocol, and maintain HIPAA and patient safety standards. Part-time, phone-first role with potential conversion to permanent.

Provide front-line support for Enverus software via phone, email, and screen share; diagnose and resolve user issues; document requests; educate customers; escalate product defects; collaborate with teams to ensure case flow and high customer satisfaction.

Manage and optimize the Five9 collections dialer environment across internal and third-party operations. Develop outbound dialing strategies, configure campaigns and pacing, monitor performance and compliance (TCPA/FDCPA), troubleshoot vendor/dialer issues, build reporting and SOPs, and drive automation and process improvements in partnership with Ops, WFM, Product, Engineering, and Compliance.

Own Tier 2/3 escalations for payment processing, API integration, and SaaS platform issues. Troubleshoot across payment rails, third-party integrations, and internal systems (PostgreSQL, Firebase, JetAdmin). Build and maintain AI agents and automation to reduce ticket volume. Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve systemic issues, document root causes, and serve as a technical escalation resource for frontline support.

Lead day-to-day execution of the Predictions product across Basketball, Soccer, and Baseball. Launch timely prediction markets, coordinate cross-functional go-to-market campaigns, manage on-site merchandising and game-day operations, respond to live events, and use performance data to refine strategies. Maintain centralized planning and scale prediction-market capabilities.
