Design and own motor controller hardware for robotic actuators, including gate drives, power stages, sensing, feedback interfaces, protection circuitry, PCB layout, bring-up, validation, and production support. Owns enablement strategy, sales methodology adoption, content, learning experiences, change management, and team development. Partners with Revenue Operations, Product, IT, and leadership to improve ramp time, productivity, conversion, monetization, and expansion outcomes through data-driven programs.

Performs financial and revenue integrity audits, reconciliations, trend analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions to ensure billing accuracy and prevent revenue leakage. Develops dashboards and KPI reporting, supports financial analysis, and configures PSA project budgets, billing, milestones, and revenue allocations. Partners with Accounting, Sales, Service Delivery, Talent, and IT to resolve issues, maintain system accuracy, and improve Finance Operations processes.

Generate and manage a mid-market sales pipeline, prospect and cold-call churches, conduct product demonstrations, develop value propositions, negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet revenue quotas. Maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with SDRs, marketing, partner success, and implementation teams, and build relationships with church leaders. The role requires visiting 30–40 churches monthly and supporting the full sales lifecycle.

Design, develop, test, and maintain automation tools and scripts using languages such as Python and Go. Build CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, integrate APIs and databases, support Kubernetes and Docker environments, troubleshoot systems, document workflows, and promote DevOps practices. The role also provides technical guidance, collaborates cross-functionally, and applies AI-assisted tooling to improve team productivity.

Provides administrative support to 5+ executives, including calendar and travel management, expense reporting, billing assistance, meeting and event coordination, correspondence, document organization, conflict checks, and engagement letters. The role also supports business development materials, reviews junior staff work, leads administrative training, manages confidential information, and coordinates special projects while maintaining high standards of organization, discretion, communication, and client service.
