Processes housing assistance payments, including HAP runs, ACH uploads, receipts, payment holds, and landlord recoupments. Maintains financial records, reconciles payment and bank data, researches outstanding transactions, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with HUD regulations and funding requirements. Coordinates with property managers, finance teams, program staff, and partners to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and improve financial procedures and systems.

Supports real estate attorneys with drafting, coordinating, executing, and tracking property-level contracts, NDAs, licenses, vendor agreements, notices, and lease administration items. Manages legal intake workflows, document control, system data integrity, and transaction files. Coordinates with asset and property management teams, identifies process gaps, supports templates and automation initiatives, and ensures timely execution of legal requests across healthcare real estate portfolios.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, scenario analysis, monthly close, and executive and Board reporting. Builds complex financial models, analyzes KPIs and business performance, and provides recommendations to operational and senior leaders. Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Accounting, and other teams. Improves financial systems, reporting processes, dashboards, and data quality while handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities.

Develop and improve automotive sunroof modules and roof systems. Oversee engineering changes, support design of experiments, DFM/DFA analysis, testing, cost reduction, root-cause investigations, and manufacturing quality issues. Provide technical input on supplier and customer assembly plant issues, update DFMEAs, support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities, and make minor CAD drawing updates while ensuring compliance with automotive quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Supports the B2B wholesale apparel sales team by preparing online sales reports, reviewing product and inventory data, executing manual orders, managing product samples, maintaining office supplies, and providing daily administrative and operational assistance. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Wholesale, apparel, retail, and Retail Link experience are advantageous.
