Outside Sales Needed!

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our Tilt-Wall Division throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven sales professional who understands the construction industry and wants to represent a complete solution, not just products. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling a full range of tilt-wall construction materials, equipment, and services, including our panel engineering and design solutions. You'll work directly with general contractors, concrete contractors, developers, engineers, and project managers to become their trusted resource from project planning through completion. Carroll is a great place to work, with over 35 locations spread across 14 states. Experience in sales and construction is not a must but is preferred. Motivation, ability, and positive attitude are required. Excellent Compensation and benefits!

What you'll sell:

  • Tilt-wall construction materials

  • Value-added construction solutions from preconstruction through project completion
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop new business while expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify upcoming tilt-wall and commercial construction projects.
  • Promote our panel engineering capabilities early in the design and bidding process.
  • Work with estimating, engineering, and operations to provide complete customer solutions.
  • Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close profitable business.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and customer meetings.
  • Build relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and owners.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently exceed sales and gross profit objectives.

Additional Requirements to be Considered:

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in construction or building materials.
  • Experience with tilt-wall, concrete construction, or commercial construction is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and the bidding process.
  • Proven ability to develop new accounts and grow existing business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
