Coordinate and execute multiple marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards. Manage digital and field marketing requests, run stand-ups and planning meetings, oversee QA and process improvements, track performance with dashboards and A/B tests, and train teams on tools and best practices to optimize outcomes and support organizational objectives.

Produce 2D/3D CAD drawings and models, manage drafting tasks and standards, generate detail and assembly drawings for fabrication and submittals, translate and manage electronic CAD files, incorporate revisions, and support engineers and customers while meeting schedules and quality procedures.

Provide strategic leadership and administration for Business, Technology, Community, and Workforce Education programs. Oversee curriculum, compliance, budgeting, faculty hiring and evaluation, program assessment, accreditation and reporting, advisory boards, grant support, and daily operational leadership to advance student success.

Partner with small-business clients to manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers, document recruiting plans and timelines, coordinate interviews and offers, and provide consultative recruiting and HR support on a fractional, part-time basis.
