A 12-month virtual fellowship for mid-to-senior contracting and agreements officers to rotate at DIU, develop a capstone training plan for their home organization, and apply technical contracting expertise and innovation. Lead technical strategy, deployment, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related M365 AI/security platforms. Design solutions, run POCs, define standards, partner with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Dev, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, governed, and optimized Copilot and M365 operations across cloud and on-premises environments.

Provide phone, email, fax, chat, and platform support for customers; process and ship orders same day; troubleshoot PARiConnect, InVista, and SDS issues; monitor evening commitments and assist teammates via Teams; escalate complex issues; assist with testing, documentation, and occasional events or webinars.

Handle all aspects of commercial and real estate litigation—pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial prep. Conduct legal research, draft persuasive documents, communicate with clients and courts, and collaborate with senior attorneys on transactional and advisory real estate matters.

Serve as escalation point for complex HR and leave cases (FMLA, ADA, state leave). Manage cases end-to-end, investigate issues, collaborate with HR partners (Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations), maintain confidential documentation, and support quality assurance to ensure timely, compliant resolutions and a positive employee experience.

Manage client relationships and account growth for furniture clients: promote products, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate sales-to-delivery process, oversee projects and timelines, negotiate with vendors, read blueprints/CAD, generate quotes, mentor junior staff, and attend on-site meetings and field measures to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.

Manage multi‑state payroll processing and payroll journal entries, support payroll compliance and audits, prepare GAAP month‑end close schedules and bank reconciliations, provide AR/AP backup, review staff work, assist with intercompany accounting, support ERP administration and testing, and drive process improvements and internal controls.

Manage commercial performance of client spirits brands across assigned on- and off-premise accounts. Analyze territory and accounts, plan and execute merchandising, promotional, and educational activities, deploy POS/assets and in-store experiences, conduct outlet surveys, manage inventory and reporting, track budget and expenses, ensure compliance with legal/marketing codes, and collaborate with client and sales partners to drive distribution, menu presence, and sales growth.

Design and develop mechanical systems and components for power distribution products. Perform 3D CAD modeling (Solid Edge), material selection, prototyping, BOM generation, sheet metal and mold/fixture design, and participate in design reviews, manufacturing engineering, and QA/QC processes.

Support education programs by managing participant databases, customizing Salesforce, creating dashboards and reports, performing data quality checks, conducting program evaluation and improvement work, training staff, and producing funder and compliance reporting to strengthen services and outcomes.
