Coordinate LCL ocean import operations including cargo receiving, documentation (B/Ls, manifests, arrival notices), OS&D resolution, CFS tasks, customs clearance, track & trace, exam/hold billing, claims handling, and timely processing of the MIA OPS mailbox. Support door deliveries and customer service in a fast-paced NVOCC/freight-forwarding environment.

Provide high-ownership executive support to the founder across multiple companies: manage calendar and communications, capture and drive action items, coordinate proposals and business development, run marketing liaison tasks, document processes, and build AI-assisted workflows using Claude and other tools to increase speed, quality, and consistency.

Manage and grow customer accounts across an assigned territory by understanding client processes and products, promoting valve solutions, and collaborating with internal teams. Engage customers remotely and in-person, ensure satisfaction, and provide technical support. Frequently travel to customer sites including chemical and power plants, adhering to safety requirements.

Greet customers, write and manage quick-service repair orders, recommend and explain maintenance and services, coordinate with technicians, communicate findings and estimates, maintain documentation and customer relationships, and help keep the service drive organized and efficient.
