Partner-level attorney to manage a high-volume plaintiff-side consumer class action docket (primarily data-breach matters). Provide first-line desktop support for on-site and remote users: troubleshoot hardware, software, authentication, and connectivity; deploy and image devices; assist onboarding/offboarding; support productivity tools and conference-room tech; document solutions and follow IT security/process standards. Frequent travel to dealerships within the region required.

Develop and execute integrated national paid media strategies for Neutrogena across digital, social, video, programmatic, search and retail channels. Partner with brand, analytics, insights, creative and agencies to optimize audiences, manage budgets, measure performance (MMM/attribution), run test-and-learn initiatives, and communicate results to senior leaders.

Manage organic search strategies for B2B clients to drive lead generation and revenue. Perform technical SEO audits, content gap analyses, on-page optimization, and use tools and AI to deliver measurable business outcomes. Serve as strategic client advisor, collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize work across accounts, and translate SEO performance into pipeline and revenue impact.

Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies, lead organisational change, advise on org design, talent and performance, use people data to drive decisions, coach leaders, and collaborate with Employee Success centres to improve culture and employee experience.

Lead analytics strategy, governance, and reporting to create trusted metrics. Drive insights across churn, retention, product telemetry, and marketing. Build analytical models, oversee Looker BI, partner with Data Engineering, establish data quality and AI-readiness, and hire and grow the analytics team to influence leadership decisions and business outcomes.

Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, workstations, and servers; diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN and system issues; train users; manage tickets and monitoring tools; respond to customers via email, phone, or in person; perform installations, maintenance, and related duties.
