Provide ICS/OT cybersecurity consulting focused on networking, architecture, and policy development. Perform assessments and support asset, vulnerability, risk, and patch management programs. Develop policies, plans, procedures, and assessments aligned with IT/OT standards (ISO 27001/27002, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP). Work independently with clients, often onsite in Minnesota, with significant travel as required.

Sell and expand ExamWorks/Prizm services within the medical-legal and claims market. Identify and engage new clients, manage accounts, develop proposals and presentations, represent the company at tradeshows, resolve client concerns, assist physician recruiting, analyze market/competition, and report sales results to leadership.

Provide excellent customer service, help customers select and dispense eyewear and contact lenses, educate on lens care, maintain records, handle phone and order communications, support store merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, and perform other store duties. Duties may vary by state law and licensing requirements.

Design, implement, and monitor secure on‑prem and cloud/hybrid systems; enforce NIST 800‑53 controls and SSPs for ATO; perform vulnerability scanning/remediation, log aggregation and SIEM correlation, incident response, IAM enforcement, and produce audit-ready security documentation.

Operate and scale security operations: triage phishing/impersonation incidents, run bug bounty program, perform access reviews and remediation tracking, and support recurring operational security workflows and documentation.
