The role involves supporting senior management with scheduling, handling recruitment, creating office procedures, using office software, and improving processes within a child care environment. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and familiarity with early education regulations is preferred.

Conduct semantic keyword research, manage technical SEO (crawlability, page speed, mobile-first), collaborate with product marketing and content teams, and track organic performance using analytics and AI tracking tools.

Lead partner strategy across defense, government, and industrial partners. Build relationships with primes, integrators, vendors, and logistics providers to drive pipeline, teaming wins, and delivered programs. Manage capture and proposals, commercial terms, integrations with product/engineering, partner-facing materials, and tracking of pipeline and outcomes.

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and clinical systems; configure, image, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and endpoints; troubleshoot via help-desk tickets; manage user accounts and permissions; support Vocera devices and medical technology integrations; perform patching, updates, asset lifecycle management, onboarding, security/compliance tasks, disaster recovery, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Execute month-end close tasks (journal entries, accruals, prepaids), payroll accounting and reconciliations, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, manage fixed assets and inventory subledgers, support audits, drive process improvements and automation, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Lead technology and business intelligence strategy for the organization, oversee IT operations, security (HIPAA), data/AI initiatives, vendor and budget management, disaster recovery, and coach technology leadership to drive innovation and alignment with business goals.
