Configure and improve AI agents for enterprise procurement workflows. Translate customer requirements into prompts, rules, and configurations; test edge cases; investigate unexpected AI behavior; and refine solutions. Work directly with customers to clarify needs, build reusable templates, and share insights with product and engineering teams. The role emphasizes precise writing, problem-solving, technical curiosity, rapid learning, and ownership rather than prior software engineering or AI experience.

Drive timely SaaS subscription renewals and expansions by monitoring contract terms, reviewing usage and history, engaging customers, explaining subscription options, and coordinating renewal quotes and ordering documents. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to resolve non-routine situations, maintain subscription integrity, and support customer success while managing high-volume workloads and global customer schedules.

Supports Industrial Controls project managers with project administration, document routing, RFIs, purchase orders, submittals, O&M manuals, material tracking, delivery verification, inventory records, and stakeholder updates. The role coordinates with fabrication, warehouse, vendor, and field teams; maintains project documentation; supports deadlines and safety procedures; and may assist with meetings, site visits, action items, and material deliveries.

Own the Magnet One platform roadmap across account administration, permissions, identity and access, order fulfillment, regional deployment, and internal tooling. Partner with engineering, security, sales, support, and operations teams to improve provisioning, access, administrative workflows, and regional expansion. Engage customer administrators, define success metrics, prioritize investments, and use quantitative analysis to guide platform and infrastructure decisions.

Supports the legal team with contract lifecycle management, contract drafting and review, records maintenance, M&A due diligence, closing documentation, legal billing, expense accruals, litigation recordkeeping, and cross-functional legal operations projects. The role also manages contract repositories, deal files, legal invoices, and administrative requests while handling confidential information and improving processes.

Capture and edit photo and video content showcasing products, processes, team culture, events, and client activations. Create social-first assets for Instagram, TikTok, Stories, and LinkedIn; develop shot lists; perform light retouching and color correction; organize content libraries; monitor visual trends; and support interviews and quick-turn content needs.
