Lead month-end close and financial reporting for multiple hotel properties including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Support tax reporting, audits, compliance, treasury, and accounting controls. Serve as primary accounting contact for hotel operations, identify process improvements, administer accounting systems, and support special projects, acquisitions, and transitions.

Provide legal and administrative support to General Counsel and Associate GC: draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents; assist with licensing, Medicare/PECOS and regulatory filings; organize due diligence and closing binders; maintain calendars and legal files; prepare training materials; and perform clerical tasks using MS Office applications.
