Support global Account Management operations through forecasting, pipeline and renewal analysis, book management, CRM audits, performance reporting, and process improvement. Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional Revenue Operations teams to improve data quality, operational rigor, pipeline generation, expansion, retention, and scalable workflows. Translate data into recommendations, manage recurring business rhythms, and support initiatives from requirements gathering through rollout and adoption.

Own and improve partner sales operations across lead submission, attribution, opportunity management, reporting, tool adoption, automation, and quote-to-cash workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Business Systems, Marketing, and Enablement to improve data quality, pipeline visibility, forecasting, partner performance insights, and operational efficiency. This manager-level individual contributor will translate complex data and processes into scalable systems, actionable recommendations, and measurable improvements.

Build and operate systems supporting the sales organization, including Salesforce workflows, data pipelines, automations, reporting, Slack bots, and internal tools. Investigate ambiguous business problems, direct and quality-check AI agents, analyze revenue data with SQL, and maintain data accuracy through deduplication, account mapping, enrichment, and system reliability improvements.
