The role supports integrations following company acquisitions and requires strong remote service delivery, scripting, and endpoint security skills.

Supports enterprise IT operations by preparing devices for deployment, administering Active Directory, troubleshooting endpoint issues, assisting with IT asset management, and supporting outages, preventive maintenance, project deliverables, and compliance requirements.

Manage day-to-day IT for a remote-first startup, including onboarding and offboarding, device and account administration, employee troubleshooting, IT documentation, vendor coordination, endpoint security, DNS, MDM, patching, and compliance support. The role also contributes to IT projects such as MDM migration, tooling rollouts, vendor evaluation, and security improvements.
