Finalize customers' car purchases by presenting financing and protection products, securing loans through lenders, verifying financial/legal documents, ensuring compliance, collaborating with sales, training staff, maintaining lender relationships, and tracking finance performance metrics.

Manage finance and insurance processes for vehicle sales: present financing, lease, warranty, and aftermarket options; secure lender financing; prepare and process contracts; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain lender relationships, high finance penetration, CSI, and timely deal funding.

Lead and coach the dealership sales floor as a player-coach: work deals with the team, run daily coaching and role-plays, analyze sales trends, manage CRM and manufacturer reporting, optimize incentives and trade appraisals, and drive profitability with F&I.
