Implements ICT/EOLT systems, creates Python/C# automation and MySQL databases, troubleshoots PCBs to component level, performs root cause analysis, repairs fixtures, leads small improvement projects, and mentors junior engineers.

Manage new and pre-owned vehicle departments to achieve sales, profit, and customer retention targets. Hire, train, and lead sales staff, manage inventory and CRM, coordinate with eCommerce, and maintain showroom merchandising and customer service standards.

Greet and assist customers and callers as the dealership’s first point of contact. Handle phone calls, mail, filing, scanning, data entry for purchase orders and invoices, prepare vehicle jackets, perform basic office and some accounting duties, and support the Office Manager as assigned.

Create and update 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, BOMs and engineering drawings in SolidWorks; perform design calculations, process change requests, and apply engineering standards and codes.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests; create test plans; maintain automation; track and resolve defects; validate releases and production; perform API and data validation; support test environments; collaborate with Product and Development; and grow technical QA and automation skills through mentorship.
