Description

At UVeye, we're on a mission to redefine vehicle safety and reliability on a global scale. Founded in 2016, we pioneered the world's first fully automated suite of AI-powered vehicle inspection systems, combining computer vision, machine learning, and generative AI.

With over $380M in funding and strategic partnerships with Toyota, Amazon, General Motors, JLR, Volvo, and Hertz, our technology is deployed across manufacturing plants, dealerships, wholesale auctions, fleets, and seaports worldwide. Named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2026, our 270+ global employees are solutions-oriented, accountable, and driven by one shared goal: making roads safer for everyone.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team and help drive hiring across the U.S. Based in our New Jersey office, this role will own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of positions and serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to find great talent—not simply manage applicants. You'll develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines for current and future needs, provide market insights, and help leaders make thoughtful hiring decisions. As UVeye continues to scale, you'll also have the opportunity to help strengthen our recruiting processes, tools, and practices while collaborating closely with TA and HR partners globally.

*This is an in-office position based at our New Jersey office.*

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for U.S. positions, from intake and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer negotiation, and close.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their teams, define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of searches across business functions and levels, including complex, specialized, and senior-level positions.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability, compensation insights, pipeline data, and recommendations.
  • Conduct thoughtful candidate screens that assess experience, capabilities, motivation, and alignment with the needs of the role and organization.
  • Build strong, diverse talent pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and anticipated future growth.
  • Guide hiring teams through structured and consistent interview and selection processes, helping drive timely and informed hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance while serving as a strong ambassador for UVeye's culture and employer brand.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders throughout the offer process to support compensation alignment, approvals, references, and successful closing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and pipeline information within our ATS and recruiting systems.
  • Use recruiting metrics and funnel data to identify challenges, improve conversion, and keep stakeholders informed on hiring progress.
  • Collaborate with TA colleagues globally, sharing talent insights, sourcing strategies, best practices, and resources across regions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, interview practices, reporting, and candidate experience as UVeye continues to scale.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth technology, SaaS, AI, automotive technology, or startup environment.
  • Proven experience independently managing searches from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Strong proactive sourcing capabilities and demonstrated success engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, with the ability to quickly learn new business areas and talent markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence hiring managers and senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting funnels and the ability to use data and market insights to guide hiring strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience managing multiple searches and shifting priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work from our New Jersey office in accordance with the team's in-office expectations.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • Experience recruiting in a fast-scaling, global tech company.
  • A data-driven recruiter who uses funnel metrics and market insights to guide hiring decisions.
  • Someone who can balance hands-on recruiting with being a trusted talent advisor to the business.
  • A collaborative partner who enjoys working across a global TA and HR team.

Benefits we offer:

  • Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision.
  • Company 401k Match.
  • 20 PTO days, company-paid holidays.
  • Career growth as we scale across the US.

What We Do

UVeye is a computer vision tech company that develops automated inspection systems for vehicles, powered by artificial intelligence and proprietary hardware. Founded in 2016 by Amir and Ohad Hever, our systems have been installed at 100+ sites, including vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, fleet companies, logistical centers, energy, financial, diplomatic, and other sensitive security facilities. In 2019, Toyota Tsusho and Volvo headlined a $31M Series B, joining W.R. Berkley and F.I.T Ventures. In 2021, UVeye secured its Series C round from strategic investors like CarMax and Hyundai Motors, bringing UVeye to a grand total of over $90M in investment capital. As of March 2022, Volvo announced an expansion to their partnership with a long-term program aiming to install UVeye devices in all of its North American dealerships. Each day we are making an impact with technology by harnessing the power of AI to detect vehicle issues or security-related threats in the undercarriage before they cause fatalities. Our mission, every day, is to raise the standard of vehicle inspections to help create better mobility and safer roads.
