Own PLC and HMI programming for high-speed packaging equipment, debug and troubleshoot electrical/control issues, oversee electrical preventative maintenance and IR scans, manage electronics and robotics projects, and coordinate with electrical vendors.

Sell powersports vehicles and accessories by greeting customers, assessing needs, recommending products, managing leads and follow-ups, coordinating with service and parts for delivery, meeting monthly sales goals, and maintaining product and financing knowledge while providing excellent customer service.

Lead and maintain the plant Quality Management System (ISO9001/AS9100), perform audits, data analysis and trend identification, drive corrective actions (RCCA, 8D, A3, CAPA), support supplier quality, lead returns/rejects resolution, and participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen events to improve KPIs.

Coordinate material planning, procurement, inventory, supplier deliveries, and packaging/layout optimization to support production schedules. Oversee receiving/inspection, maintain inventory levels, issue purchase orders, use ERP (SAP), support 5S and continuous improvement, and provide floor leadership and training to ensure safety and quality.

Provide administrative and customer service support to the Service Department including data entry, filing, answering calls, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, customer follow-up, reviewing GM manifests, maintaining records, assisting Service Advisors with errands and vehicle movements, and supporting departmental operations.
