As Senior Product Manager for our Core Platform, you'll own the features both sides of the marketplace depend on: how cleanings are scheduled, matched, completed, verified, and paid for. You'll turn messy, real-world pain points into reliable, scalable, and profitable products, and you'll use data, APIs, and AI to do it. You'll work daily with Engineering, Design, Operations, and leadership, and you'll be accountable for outcomes, not just output.

• Own the core platform experience end to end. Set the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the features hosts and cleaners rely on most: scheduling, job completion, and operational quality.

• Go deep with both sides of the marketplace. Run continuous discovery with hosts, cleaners, partners, and internal teams. Synthesize what you learn into clear problem statements and testable hypotheses.

• Balance supply and demand. Make tradeoffs that keep the marketplace healthy for everyone. A win for hosts that hurts cleaner retention (or the reverse) is not a win.

• Design for the edge case as if it were the happy path. Substitutions, late arrivals, no-shows, damage reports, and engagement notifications get the same rigor as the primary flow, with workflows Operations can actually run.

• Ship with Engineering and Design. Partner daily to define solutions, prioritize ruthlessly, and release high-quality work on a steady cadence.

• Drive alignment. Communicate clearly, make decisions in a structured way, and bring stakeholders and leadership along.

• Be your own best analyst. Build Looker dashboards that track the health of your product area, and define the KPIs and instrumentation behind them.

• Think API-first. Work with Engineering on platform architecture so our integrations with partners (Airbnb, property management systems, and others) are robust, scalable, and easy to extend.

• Use AI as a lever, not a feature. Design and ship AI-enabled experiences that go beyond chat: proactive agents that resolve scheduling conflicts, flag quality issues, and audit completed work.

• Prototype fast. Use AI-assisted coding tools to build working prototypes that validate ideas and integrations before engineering handoff.

• Experience: 6+ years of product management in two-sided marketplaces or B2B SaaS, ideally with multi-sided interactions (supply and demand, buyers and sellers) and subscription business models.

• Product sense and curiosity: Strong instincts grounded in real user understanding. You keep asking "why" until the root problem is clear.

• AI experience: You leverage AI throughout your entire product tasks and planning.

• Data fluency: Experience defining KPIs, building instrumentation, and using BI tools to make decisions.

• Communication: You turn complex technical or operational constraints into a simple, persuasive story for any audience.

• Engagement platforms: Hands-on experience implementing customer engagement solutions such as Braze or Iterable, including lifecycle messaging, push, in-app, and email journeys tied to product events.

• Platform modernization: A track record of leading a migration from a legacy tech stack to a modern one, paired with a UX redesign, across both web and mobile apps. You know how to sequence the move, protect existing users, and measure the impact.
