Manage inbound KBB ICO leads and service-drive outreach from the BDC, using phone/text/email cadences to convert leads into scheduled in-store appraisal appointments. Log all contacts in the CRM, handle objections, confirm appointments, and re-engage no-shows to generate appraisal bookings for the used car team.

Manage consignment relationships and pipeline: source boat and equipment consignments, pursue outbound seller outreach, track leads through intake to sale, coordinate pricing and inventory details, support transactions and documentation, and collaborate with sales, service, and leadership to drive dealership inventory and sales.

Build and own the reporting and insight layer: write optimized Redshift queries, build dashboards, monitor model feedback signals, triage and prioritize investigations for data science, maintain ETL pipelines ingesting semi-structured data, and enable Customer Success with clear metrics and onboarding checks. Move into model validation and automation to scale analytic workflows.

Supervise daily inbound receiving operations including unloading, inspection, staging, put-away, and inventory reconciliation. Lead Quality Control Inspectors and Material Handling Associates, manage staffing and KPIs, maintain receiving documentation and SOP compliance, and drive process improvements to ensure accuracy, safety, and on-time processing of inbound freight.

Lead and manage the dealership sales department: hire, train, coach, forecast and meet sales targets, oversee inventory and merchandising, ensure customer satisfaction and compliance, resolve escalated guest issues, run meetings, administer incentives and commissions, and maintain department operations and reporting.
