Manage bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll and benefits administration across multiple dealership locations, ensuring accurate processing, tax compliance, and recordkeeping. Handle deductions, garnishments, commissions, open enrollment, benefits setup, W-2s, 401(k) audits, ACA reporting, reconciliations, and employee inquiries. Identify process improvements and support accounting integrations.

Sell vehicles by guiding customers through selection, demonstrating product knowledge, and delivering excellent customer service. Maintain inventory knowledge, learn dealership systems and processes, meet performance benchmarks, work retail hours (evenings/weekends), and pass background and drug screens. Build relationships, communicate confidently, and stay current on product technology and changes.

Create on-camera social content, build a local social following, engage customers online and in-person, and support vehicle sales while representing the dealership. Work in-house with professional training and mentorship to grow a personal brand and earn commission-based income.

Mine and analyze prospect data, apply AI techniques to estimate conversion probabilities, and organize prospects into prioritized follow-up lists.
