Perform administrative tasks and occasional content capture for social channels.

Assist customers to find and purchase new or used vehicles: greet customers, demonstrate features via test drives, negotiate pricing/financing, complete paperwork, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and meet sales targets.

Support outside sales with quote and order management, appointment setting, CRM data entry (HubSpot), lead generation, cold/qualifying calls, and customer service to drive sales and manage inquiries.

Design, implement, and improve plant control systems and PLC programs; lead process-improvement teams; support maintenance and capital projects; ensure equipment meets quality and performance standards; reduce downtime and maintenance costs using Six Sigma and problem-solving tools.
