Designs and maintains mechanical components, systems, drawings, and bills of materials for manufacturing. Collaborates with customers, sales, engineering, production, and fabricators to determine requirements, assess feasibility, resolve fabrication and installation issues, and improve product cost and quality. Supports quoting, troubleshooting, inspections, and customer service while ensuring designs meet specifications, safety requirements, and delivery expectations.

Leads new product launches and develops manufacturing processes, equipment, jigs, and machinery. Manages APQP implementation, project budgets, costs, and schedules from quotation through production. Investigates and implements production technologies, uses CAD and external resources, analyzes data, and develops innovative engineering solutions. Applies Kaizen and PDCA methodologies while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Own cross-functional business operations projects from scoping through implementation and measurement. Diagnose operational inefficiencies with data, partner with functional leaders, design process improvements, and implement workflows, automations, and SOPs. Drive accountability without formal authority, facilitate business reviews, respond to metric alerts, and turn ambiguous operational problems into measurable solutions.

Manages dealership finance and insurance transactions, including arranging customer financing, presenting protection products, structuring profitable deals, obtaining lender approvals, making credit decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing contracts, auditing deals, and securing timely contract funding.
