Manage daily station operations and staff to meet budget and safety standards. Handle customer complaints and remitter/payment processing, prepare reports, ensure facility maintenance, perform waiver vehicle inspections per IEPA, maintain quality assurance, train and evaluate employees, and provide travel support to other stations as needed.

Handle high-volume inbound internet and phone inquiries, qualify prospects, answer pricing/payment/availability questions, and set in-person dealership appointments. Focus on phone-time and sales KPIs (appointments set, appointment shows, purchases). Compensation includes hourly wage plus monthly bonuses tied to performance.

Manage and grow social media presence, create content, engage with followers, handle inbound/outbound sales calls, follow up leads, and support online advertising and promotions.

Lead a commercial vehicle sales team to meet and exceed targets by developing strategic sales plans, building customer relationships, analyzing market trends, collaborating on marketing, managing budgets, and representing the company at industry events.

Greet customers on the lot, guide them through the sales process, demonstrate vehicle features, help complete sales applications, inspect and report vehicle issues, and assist with lot merchandising to maximize sales.
