Own and evolve the real-time runtime and data pipelines for an automotive multi-camera vision stack: task orchestration, IPC, sensor ingestion, deterministic latency, portability across ECUs and datacenter, simulation/replay/test infra, vehicle communications, and safety/security engineering.

Manage and develop an automotive sales team: hire, train, coach, set and track sales goals, support customers through vehicle selection and demonstrations, close deals, and provide ongoing staff mentorship to improve performance and customer service.

Promote team growth and maintain high guest service standards.

Sell mobility products and build long-term customer relationships. Perform needs analysis, recommend solutions, use company CRM, follow up with prospects and owner database, engage in business development and networking. Work in-person and report to the Mobility Sales Manager.

Support dealership marketing by maintaining the website and online inventory, managing social media, creating content and promotions, photographing inventory, designing marketing materials, coordinating customer mailings, and providing administrative support across departments.

Sell new and used vehicles by engaging customers, demonstrating features and test-driving vehicles, negotiating price and financing, handling delivery, following up after delivery, and prioritizing gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.

Sell vehicles by helping customers find the right car, demonstrating features and benefits, negotiating and closing deals, and supporting customer satisfaction. Participate in training and collaborate with a team to meet sales targets and grow into management roles.
