Manage and develop an automotive sales team: hire, train, coach, set and track sales goals, support customers through vehicle selection and demonstrations, close deals, and provide ongoing staff mentorship to improve performance and customer service.

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, internet, and live chat; set and follow up on sales appointments; provide product and initial financing information; track leads and no-shows in CRM; participate in team/process improvement and maintain positive relationships with sales and management.

Lead FP&A team to build budgets, forecasts, multi-year financial models, M&A valuation analysis, and board/investor reporting. Partner with operations and accounting to develop scalable reporting, train stakeholders on financial concepts, and deliver accurate, timely financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
