Sell new and used vehicles by engaging customers, demonstrating features and test-driving vehicles, negotiating price and financing, handling delivery, following up after delivery, and prioritizing gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.

Sell vehicles by helping customers find the right car, demonstrating features and benefits, negotiating and closing deals, and supporting customer satisfaction. Participate in training and collaborate with a team to meet sales targets and grow into management roles.

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles by greeting them, identifying needs, conducting test drives, explaining features, maintaining inventory knowledge, processing paperwork, following up for satisfaction, and meeting monthly sales targets.

The F&I Manager helps customers secure financing, presents and sells protection products, structures deals, submits credit applications, processes finance documentation, ensures compliance, maintains lender relationships, audits deals, monitors contract funding, and maintains required certifications while delivering excellent customer service.
