As a Senior Data Analyst, you will analyze game telemetry data, translate business needs into insights, and guide technical teams. You will also lead exploratory data analysis and maintain data quality practices.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure data architectures, models, and ETL pipelines. Integrate diverse data sources, optimize performance and data quality, implement governance, monitor production SLAs, and collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams. Design and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines and cloud data warehouse models, build Power BI reports, apply AI tools to accelerate data workflows, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics and data governance.

Perform product and player-behavior analysis for Marvel Strike Force using SQL/Python and reporting tools. Build recurring KPI reports, design/validate analytics tracking and experiments, partner with cross-functional teams, and use AI-enabled tools to accelerate workflows while ensuring data quality, privacy, and clear executive-ready insights.

Architect and deploy scalable Inventa data-management solutions, lead complex enterprise integrations (APIs, on-prem, cloud, SaaS, data lakes), resolve architectural performance and access issues, create global architecture guides and documentation, and feed product improvements through field insights. Customer-facing, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and product-level data architectures. Improve pipeline performance and data freshness, lead code/design reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to make data reliable and accessible.

Lead design and buildout of an Operations Intelligence Warehouse (BigQuery, dbt, Metabase), define metrics and data quality standards, create dashboards for throughput and cycle time, join ops to GTM/financial data, run variance/root-cause analyses, and partner with Data Engineering and stakeholders to turn operational telemetry into actionable insights.

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of master and reference data across enterprise systems. Enforce governance, validate and remediate Salesforce and other system records, perform audits/cleansing/de-duplication, support migrations and integrations, produce reports and insights, and partner with global teams to improve data processes and adoption of standards.

Analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover insights, develop/train/deploy machine learning models, design data preprocessing pipelines, and create visualizations and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization algorithms to drive business improvements.
