Ten-week, on-site Treasury internship in New York providing exposure to ATLAS SP’s business and Treasury Office. Interns support business initiatives by monitoring performance, analyzing data, identifying risks, developing solutions, contributing to multiple projects, and presenting findings to senior leadership. The program includes structured training, mentorship, executive exposure, team activities, and ongoing coaching.

Manages CCBHC accounting, cost reporting, PPS rate development, billing, compliance, financial data analysis, audits, and monthly closing. The role prepares and submits CCBHC cost reports, monitors revenues and expenses, reviews invoices, coordinates with consultants and collaborating organizations, and advises management on funding optimization, process improvements, and expense control.

Develop preliminary structural designs for architectural concepts involving structural glass and steel. Review drawings and Revit models, perform preliminary calculations including snow loads, evaluate connections, coordinate with architects and contractors, and create technically viable designs supporting estimating and sales. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and transition preliminary design packages to execution engineering after project award.

Build and execute outbound sales campaigns through LinkedIn, phone, and email; generate leads, book meetings, manage pipelines, and support Account Executives. With early success, the role may expand into a Junior Account Executive position involving discovery calls and end-to-end deal ownership. The role also supports founder-led marketing and social media initiatives.

Coordinates weekly payroll administration for infrastructure operations, reviewing field timekeeping, labor and equipment entries, cost codes, classifications, approvals, and exceptions. Supports certified payroll, PTO verification, payroll corrections, job-cost reconciliation, reporting, and documentation. Collaborates with payroll, accounting, operations, project controls, and field teams while assisting with PCI and change order reviews. Provides training on payroll procedures and HCSS workflows and helps maintain accurate, timely project payroll and cost records.

Provides strategic and day-to-day labor and employment counsel across the company’s U.S. workforce while coordinating international matters in the UK, Ireland, India, Canada, and Israel. Advises HR and executives on employee relations, performance management, accommodations, leave, terminations, policies, agreements, compliance, and litigation. Manages outside counsel and builds scalable employment processes, playbooks, and decision frameworks in a fast-paced technology company.

Manages daily Baton Rouge service center operations, including reception, mail, office supplies, equipment, records, and facilities. Supports boutique sales, inventory, cash handling, customer service, and product recommendations. Provides administrative and programmatic support for vision rehabilitation, Deaf Services, and WIPA programs, including appointment coordination, consumer screening, documentation, database updates, and reimbursement processing. Occasional errands, regional travel, evening/weekend support, and compliance with organizational policies are required.

Provides onsite and remote support for desktop, server, network, cloud, security, and virtualization environments. Handles escalated service tickets, troubleshooting, system administration, backups, customer communication, documentation, and small-to-large IT projects. Supports onboarding and offboarding, leads managed services, mentors engineers, performs occasional onsite and after-hours work, and participates in on-call rotation.

Executes integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, direct mail, events, sponsorships, and print. Manages email segmentation, automation, campaign performance, brand consistency, CRM and marketing automation systems, agency relationships, vendors, and promotional materials. Partners with field teams and leadership to identify marketing opportunities, analyze ROI, and support growth across business units.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP and Drupal, with responsibilities spanning frontend, backend, databases, ORM usage, and DevOps setup. The role may also support online marketing analytics and additional development projects. Preferred technologies include Angular, TypeScript, .NET, and C#, while PowerShell and Python scripting are beneficial. This is a fully on-site position requiring at least five years of software development experience.
