Supports contractors, distributors, and retailers through phone, email, and counter sales. Generates orders, prepares quotes, processes inbound inquiries, promotes products, gathers market intelligence, and provides post-sale customer support. Partners with outside sales and branch operations teams to expand the customer base, meet sales goals, and deliver excellent service.

Plan, coordinate, execute, and report on multi-channel demand generation programs (email, webinars, social, paid) to drive awareness, engagement, leads, pipeline, and revenue. Manage webinar strategy and logistics, social media channels, campaign assets, segmentation, nurture programs, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Creates, edits, organizes, and maintains business, operational, procedural, and training documentation. Partners with subject matter experts to verify content, manages document control and review workflows, supports compliance and audits, maintains templates and standards, and improves document accessibility and accuracy. The role also assists with training staff on documentation practices and manages multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

Manage plant HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance (OSHA, HACCP, GMP), union relations, payroll support, safety and well-being programs, HR data/reporting, and workforce engagement to support plant operations and a safe, high-performance culture.

Executes paid social and digital media campaigns for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, including campaign trafficking, audience targeting, media operations, and MLR compliance. Tracks AI search visibility through GEO, analyzes social listening data, maintains dashboards, and prepares performance reports. Advises clients on paid media, platform updates, social intelligence, and generative search trends while collaborating with creative, strategy, planning, and account teams.

Onboard and educate B2B customers, host customer calls, identify adoption issues, recommend solutions, and help develop scalable customer success processes. Partner with engineering on tooling and product feedback, create educational content and webinars, and use Pylon internally to improve customer workflows. The role is customer-facing, technical, and based in San Francisco with in-person work.

Provides administrative support to the sales team by answering and routing phone calls, entering data, scanning and filing documents, and welcoming visitors, vendors, and guests. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, computer proficiency, flexibility, and a positive team-oriented attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
