Lead business development and capture for federal and state digital services modernization. Build agency relationships, shape capture strategies, monitor procurement trends, craft compelling proposals and win themes, collaborate with delivery teams, and refine proposal, staffing, and pricing processes to secure new contracts and grow Truss's presence in government markets.

Assess and mitigate supply chain risks for mechanical, electrical, and RF hardware. Qualify alternate suppliers and components, evaluate supplier capability and capacity, support make/buy decisions, provide DFM/DFA input, and coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, sourcing, SQE, and manufacturing to ensure supply continuity and resilience.

Contract Project Managers will own end-to-end execution of individual projects across marketing, technology, communications, and content. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, risk management, vendor coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment in a remote environment.
