Oversee facility operations, emergency preparedness, financial stewardship, capital planning, and workforce development. Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement while advising the CEO and executive team on risks, investments, and organizational readiness.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable: process and verify vendor invoices, perform three-way matches, run weekly payments (checks/ACH/wires), maintain vendor records, reconcile statements, support month- and year-end close, assist audits, and collaborate with Purchasing/Receiving to resolve payment issues.

Lead post-sale lifecycle and enterprise deployments of AI agents for healthcare. Manage end-to-end implementations, serve as primary client contact, monitor account health, coordinate Solution Architects and engineers, align with Account Managers on strategy, and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Drive revenue for Network & Security Services through high-volume outbound/inbound calling, lead qualification, pipeline building and opportunity progression. Manage CRM records, coordinate technical resources for scoping, support quoting/proposals, and hand off won deals to delivery teams while reporting pipeline health and forecasting.

Provide direct client intake and advocacy to resolve tangled title and estate issues, assist attorneys with probate filings, draft and record deeds, support estate administration, run community education, and pursue systemic and legislative advocacy to protect low-income homeowners.

Own and architect Homebase's identity and notification platform: design authentication/authorization (multi-tenant RBAC/ABAC), manage session/token lifecycles, build scalable multi-channel notification delivery and preference management, drive architecture and RFCs, integrate AI tooling, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship secure, reliable systems at scale.
