Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, improving business processes, production support and supporting project delivery to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges
? Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
? Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
? Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
? Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
? Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows
? Work closely with development, QA, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle
? Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
? Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals
? Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve decision-making
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
Graduate with 5+ years relevant experience
Experience
Minimum 6 + years of experience as Business Analyst
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Technical (Must have):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Testing (functional, Integration, System, UAT, Regression),
- Defect Management - Azure
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Tableau (Preferred)
- Understanding of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools (preferred)
Technical (Good to have):
• Understanding of Agile Methodology
Key Skills:
Soft Skills (Minimum)
- Should have experience in Stakeholder Management and Team Handling
• Should be very good in Client Interaction
• Good Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills
Soft Skills ( Desired)
• Proactive in taking initiatives
