Position Summary
Position is to support and deliver on SLA's for key security initiatives across critical functions in the Japan Information Security organization focusing on remediation of critical vulnerabilities across various platforms and infrastructures as a part of Application security.
Application remediation services - Basic understanding of security testing. Testing & remediation of internal & external facing applications.

Remediate key vulnerabilities in applications to minimize external and internal risk at an enterprise level.
o
Drive tracking and removing or upgrading key Java, Adobe, and Windows products to eliminate risk from out-of-date versions.
Global tools remediation (Veracode, Primon, WAF,) preferred
Application Security Policy implementation
Data Analytics skills preferred
Focus on remediation/troubleshooting for fixing remediation issues.
Focus on Infrastructure vulnerabilities remediation - Internal and External
PowerBI/Power Apps Dashboard creation & Management
Job Responsibilities

Act as a Bridge Engineer to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)
Global tools remediation (Veracode, Primon, WAF,) preferred

Data Analytics skills preferred
Report Publishing - Analyze, visualize, and then extract the vulnerability flaw counts using data analytics tools & publish reports and share it to various stakeholders. Use different tools to generate/publish daily/weekly/monthly reports
Power BI/PowerApps Dashboard creation and Dashboard Management preferred
Focus on AI & Automation for Process enhancement to reduce Manual efforts preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education

IT Graduate/JLPT N3/N2
Experience
• Total of 3 years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in Information Technology/Application Security or related areas
• L3 Level expert in Speaking, Writing and Reading Japanese Language
• Should be a Japanese language expert/Japanese Bilingual
• Flexibility to work in Japan Hours ( 5:30 AM IST to 3:00 PM IST )
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
• Excellent MS Office skills - MS Excel and Business PowerPoint presentations is a must
• Excellent Communication skills
•
Must process problem solving, planning, and analytical skills to drive continuous improvements
• Flexibility in working hours and handling escalation and pressure situations
• Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to coordinate cross functionally
