Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Design and orchestrate omnichannel customer journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app).
- Configure decisioning logic, segmentation, and dynamic content personalization.
- Conduct A/B testing and journey performance optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align journey logic with business goals and personalization strategies.
Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC)
- Design, build, and deploy personalized marketing campaigns using ACC workflows, templates, and delivery mechanisms.
- Develop custom JavaScript and SQL code within ACC to support advanced campaign logic and data manipulation.
- Configure and manage campaign typologies, delivery parameters, and pressure rules to optimize customer engagement.
- Implement and maintain data schemas, targeting dimensions, and custom resources within ACC.
- Build and manage recurring and transactional campaigns, including trigger-based and event-driven communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, delivery logs, and error handling; troubleshoot issues across workflows and deliveries.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure proper ETL processes and data availability for campaign execution.
- Support campaign QA, UAT, and deployment processes across environments (dev, stage, prod).
- Maintain documentation for campaign configurations, workflows, and integration points.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies.
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Ingest and transform data from CRM, web, mobile, and third-party systems.
- Design and manage XDM schemas for scalable and reusable data structures.
- Configure identity stitching and unified customer profiles.
- Implement real-time CDP capabilities and audience activation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and quality standards.
- Maintain data cataloging, lineage, and documentation.
- Implement Adobe Web SDK for real-time data collection and personalization.
Integration & Development
- Develop APIs and microservices to connect Adobe Experience Cloud with enterprise systems.
- Build server-side integrations and data synchronization pipelines.
- Optimize SDK performance and implement analytics tracking.
- Maintain technical documentation and code repositories.
