Position Summary
Seeking an AI Engineer to independently implement AI use cases using an enterprise AI platform and contribute to solution design and optimization. This role requires solid applied AI experience, collaboration with platform and product teams, and growing responsibility in delivering scalable, production-ready AI solutions while mentoring junior team members as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML use cases using an enterprise AI platform, following established architectural standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Contribute to solution design and implementation through code development, configuration, and testing.
- Work closely with the core AI platform team to adopt platform capabilities and follow recommended integration patterns.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying implementation challenges, performance issues, and enhancement opportunities.
- Ensure deployed solutions meet quality, reliability, observability, and responsible AI guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing, while receiving guidance from senior engineers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance/Accounts, or related discipline
Experience
- 4 - 6 years of strong Handson experience in AI Engineering
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Proficient in .NET Core / C# and Python for AI solution development
- Experience implementing LLMs, Azure OpenAI, and RAG-based solutions
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services and cloud-native applications
- Working knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, vector search, and AI deployments
Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training - if required)
Good to have skills:
- Exposure to Azure AI Studio / Prompt Flow, multi-modal AI, and AI security concepts
- Familiarity with monitoring, resilience, and cost awareness in production AI systems

Skills Required
