Wasabi is focused on just one thing: being the largest pure play cloud storage provider in the world.
Recognized as one of the technology industry’s fastest growing companies, Wasabi is on a mission to store the world's data by making cloud storage affordable, predictable and secure. With Wasabi, visionary companies gain the freedom to use their data whenever they like without being hit with unpredictable fees or vendor lock-in. Instead, they’re free to build best-of-breed solutions with the industry’s fastest-growing ecosystem of independent cloud application partners. Customers and partners all over the world trust Wasabi to help them put their data to work so they can unlock their full potential.

In September 2022, Wasabi achieved unicorn status following $250M in funding. To date, Wasabi has raised over $500M at a $1.1B valuation.

As leaders in our community, Wasabi strives to always inspire by example and give to those who are most in need. We team up with our partners in a purposeful way to create corporate social responsibility initiatives that will make a true impact in a way that is authentic to who we are. Our community engagement programs include Veteran Support like the Run to Home Base, Female Empowerment, Educational Opportunities, Non-Profit Storage Donations, and more. We also created a unique music and arts CSR program to bring the power of music and the arts to those who need it worldwide. The Red Hot Beats program launched with our partners at the Liverpool Football Club Foundation promotes mental health and wellness through music therapy for young people in the Liverpool area. Meanwhile our founding partnership of the MGM Music Hall at Fenway supports arts access, education, and opportunity for students and emerging artists in New England.

Wasabi has enabled me to not only advance my career with a hypergrowth tech company, but to collaborate with my team remotely, all the way from California, without feeling like I'm missing out on a traditional office environment.

Well, starting with the name Wasabi for a High Tech company. That’s one thing for sure. It means that not only do we get support questions for our own products/services, but we see questions and complaints about a number of restaurants, fast food establishments, batteries, beauty supplies, digital currency, and even Vodka.

Wasabi is a company that listens and encourages you to become even more successful than the year before. I started as a BDR 2.5 years ago and now manage a team of 7 ISA's, so I can personally thank Wasabi for providing a career for me where I can grow and learn from the best!

Our Engineering groups are located all over the US and around the world. We often work for days on end finding and fixing issues, without much delay at all between our mornings and evenings. We were already a fairly remote-based Engineering organization before 2020, so the transition to fully distributed was pretty easy.

I try to allow my team the space and autonomy to feel comfortable sharing ideas. I encourage open brainstorming sessions and I group people together on projects where I know they have complementary skill sets to bring out the best in each other. Most of all I trust my team, they know this and it shows in the end product.

I started out at Wasabi as an intern. The internship program at Wasabi gave me unlimited opportunities to learn and grow as a professional. My managers Madison McDaniel and Chelsea Rodgers taught me so much, and since joining full time they have continued to push me to work on projects that both challenge and interest me.
