Provides remote nutritional consultations, personalized data-driven digital diet plans, ongoing evidence-based support, and user guidance through the Valeo Health platform. Collaborates with the health-tech team to improve the digital user journey. Requires SCFHS licensure, native Arabic fluency, at least two years of clinical or wellness experience, digital diet-plan expertise, and availability for at least four hours daily.

Provides customer support through email, chat, and voice channels; answers questions, resolves issues, explains products and policies, documents interactions in CRM systems, escalates complex matters, and helps improve service processes while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Supports CRM and retention marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications. Navigate Saudi procurement, vendor registration, CCHI, PDPL, and Vision 2030 requirements while maintaining disciplined CRM activity and pipeline reporting. The role requires an established Saudi corporate network, Arabic fluency, consultative enterprise selling, executive presence, and Riyadh residence or relocation.

Owns UAE corporate wellness sales from outbound prospecting through multi-year contract closure. The role targets HR, CHRO, and CFO stakeholders, builds qualified pipeline, presents ROI-based business cases, manages negotiations and procurement, and supports initial onboarding. Success includes establishing a self-sustaining pipeline, closing live corporate accounts, generating case studies, building broker relationships, and creating a repeatable UAE sales playbook.

Coordinate vendors and service partners, assign orders according to SLAs, track delivery progress, monitor service quality, manage escalations, maintain vendor and order records, collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer support teams, and recommend process improvements. The role requires strong organization, communication, coordination, and spreadsheet skills in a fast-paced health-tech startup environment.
