The role requires an established Saudi corporate network, Arabic fluency, consultative enterprise selling, executive presence, and Riyadh residence or relocation.

Owns UAE corporate wellness sales from outbound prospecting through multi-year contract closure. The role targets HR, CHRO, and CFO stakeholders, builds qualified pipeline, presents ROI-based business cases, manages negotiations and procurement, and supports initial onboarding. Success includes establishing a self-sustaining pipeline, closing live corporate accounts, generating case studies, building broker relationships, and creating a repeatable UAE sales playbook.
