About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing
team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search
engine optimization strategies to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and achieve
higher rankings on search engines.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop SEO strategies aligned with
business goals.
Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, content structure, internal
linking, and image optimization.
Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, and outreach to
improve domain authority.
Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through ethical and white-hat SEO practices.
Regularly monitor backlink profile to identify toxic links and take corrective actions
(disavow, removal requests, etc.).
Carry out technical SEO audits to fix crawl issues, broken links, site speed, mobile
responsiveness, and indexing errors.
Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing
pages, and website copy.
Optimize and update existing content to improve visibility and engagement.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Prepare and share detailed SEO performance reports with insights and
recommendations.
Stay updated with search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends to ensure
compliance and competitiveness.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement SEO best
practices across campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role, with 2–3 years of hands-on
experience.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best
practices.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush,
Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Familiarity with technical SEO (site speed optimization, schema markup, sitemaps,
robots.txt, etc.).
Good understanding of content marketing and link-building strategies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.
Certifications in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics (preferred, not mandatory).
1–3 years of relevant SEO experience.
